I'm Kathy Mercer, founder of Kathy Elizabeth & Co. My business knowledge was built through a 38-year career in manufacturing, sales, leadership and business development. I began on the manufacturing floor and worked my way up to Director of Sales, leading teams, managing major business relationships and helping develop new products for clients across the pharmaceutical, personal-care, cosmetic, food and industrial sectors.
That journey gave me an understanding of business from the ground up. I know what it takes to earn a customer's trust, strengthen sales, solve problems, lead people and turn a good opportunity into a practical business result.
Why I Started Kathy Elizabeth & Co.
After stepping away from my long-term career, I realized I wasn't finished contributing, learning or building.
Business is changing quickly. Owners are balancing customers, employees, sales, technology and the constant pressure of keeping everything moving. Often, they are so busy working in their businesses that they don't have time to step back and see what could be improved.
That is where I come in.
